The Winter Show/East Side House Settlement respects the privacy rights of our users and is strongly committed to protecting your privacy online. This privacy policy applies to this Web Site and does not apply to other Winter Show or East Side House products or services.

Information We Collect
Contact information – The Winter Show collects personal information that you voluntarily provide on our Web Site. This includes the names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and log-in information of our Web Site users. For example, we collect (a) e-mail addresses when you register to gain access to the Press Releases and Newsletter portion of this Web Site; and (b) log-in information when you access the Private Viewing area of the Web Site.

Payment information – The Winter Show collects payment information from exhibitors and event attendees.

Demographic information – The Winter Show collects data on age, gender and location from our Web Site visitors.

Professional information – The Winter Show collects information on title and corporate affiliation. Additionally, we store photos that exhibitors have shared with us as well as all information shared with us by job applicants.

Site usage information – The Winter Show collects operating system and browser information from all Web Site visitors.

What Do We Do With Your Personal Information?
The personal information that you provide by using The Winter Show’s Web Site is used for transactional communications and to respond to your requests. Additionally, we may use your information to send our newsletters, to respond to questions, to communicate about our privacy policy or our terms of use, to process job applications, to provide our services, to run events, for marketing, to provide you with marketing information about our services, to send promotions and to inform you about sponsorship and advertising opportunities. We may use your information to improve our services, to send you surveys, to protect our company and its constituents and customers, to identify fraud and secure our systems, and for other purposes permitted by law. We reserve the right to post photos taken at our events on social media.

How Do We Obtain Your Personal Information?
The Winter Show collects the information that you provide to us on our website or when you attend our events.
We also collect information about you from other companies, third parties and service providers.
We collect information using browser cookies and pixels when you use our website.

How We Share Your Information With Others?
The Winter Show shares categories of information with our related companies, with any future affiliates, with vendors, with service providers and with event and business partners. We also share information on social media.

Further use and/or disclosure of your personal information by Third-Party Providers is not the responsibility of The Winter Show.  Rather, such use and/or disclosure is governed by the Third-Party Providers’ privacy policies.

Any personal information you provide to The Winter Show is kept on secure servers. The Winter Show uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures (a) to safeguard personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification; and (b) to ensure the integrity of the personal information.

Use of Cookies
The Winter Show may use “cookies” or similar electronic tools to collect information to enhance your experience with the Web Site. Collecting Information from Children
The Winter Show does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen without the consent from a parent or guardian. If you think your child has provided us with information, please reach out to us at office@thewintershow.org.

The Winter Show reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time by posting revisions on this Web page. Such changes will be effective upon posting.
